Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can't offer a refund or change.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and on the same conditions as you received the item. It also has to be in the original packaging.
There are several goods that can be exempted from return. Perishable articles such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines shall not be returned. We also do not accept personal or health goods, dangerous materials or products of flammable liquids or gases.
All returns will be analyzed one by one in the remanufactured products. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to ask for freight for troubleshooting.
